Immerse yourself in the rhythms of West African dance and drumming! Explore the roots of Jazz, Hip Hop and Tap while in engaging in lively, high-energy movements. Feel the pulse in your body while staying relaxed and connected to the ground or add a lighter element to the dance by leaping in the air. Experience the joy of dance while finding your own groove to the beautiful, infectious drum beats. This is an open level class and everyone is welcome! Dancers are encouraged to dance in bare feet and wear cool, comfortable clothing. Please bring a water bottle!
