Mail with cheque to: MoonDance Dynamic Arts School, PO Box 439, Shawnigan Lake, BC V0R 2W0. Please remember to add 12% HST to the total.
Register in Person (by cheque or cash)
Fill out a printer-friendly registration form (PDF file) and bring it with payment to the first class.
Classes are subject to minimum and maximum numbers. Advance registration is strongly recommended.
Fall 2010 Session Fees:
Please note MoonDance must now charge 12% HST. Please choose your payment amount from on the sliding-scale and add 12% to that. Writing a separate cheque for HST is preferred, but not mandatory.
Adult classes: Sliding scale, 11-class session (payment may be made in two installments):
- $130-165 for 1 class per week
- $210-265 for 2 classes per week — NB: increased discount for multiple classes from 10% off to 20%!
- $270-345 for 3 classes per week
- $350 for 4 or more classes per week! *NEW*
Kids classes with Nikko Snow:
- Sept 20-Nov 5 (6 classes), $54
- Nov 15-Dec 17 (5 classes), $45
Registration Policy
- Payment may be made in installments with post-dated cheques. The final payment must be dated no later than the first class (for weekly classes), or one week prior to the start of the camp (for Earth Dance & Denbaya).
- Refunds:
Classes:
- Prior to the first class, a refund can be given for the session fee less 10% admin fee.
- After the session has begun, no refunds are given except for medical reasons. A credit may be given for use in a future session (expiry date may apply).
Camps:
- Up to one month prior, a full refund may be given, less 10% admin fee.
- After one month, no refunds can be given except for medical reasons. A credit may be given for future use. If the participant is out of province (i.e. credit is not useful), a 50% refund may be given up to 14 days prior.
- A $30 charge will be levied for NSF cheques.

Withdrawal Policy
Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal.
- A full refund is given only if a class is cancelled by MoonDance.
- Class transfers within the same session are processed at no charge, space permitting.
- Withdrawal 7 days or more before the first class: a $10 administration fee will be charged.
The remaining tuition may be refunded or used as a credit for future use. No refunds will be provided within 7 days of the first class or after the class has begun, unless the withdrawal is due to medical circumstances.
Refunds or credits are prorated from the time you notify us of your withdrawal and a $10 administration fee is charged.
